ArtCard Instructions

Swift Parents,

ArtCard order information is going home today. This year we are working with a different company and so the process is also different. Please read carefully and follow the directions.

You will receive your child’s ORIGINAL ARTWORK with the ordering information on the BACK. If you are interested in ordering, please do so ONLINE, following the directions given. There are many different items available for ordering.

After you have ordered online, FILL IN the back of the Original Art with ALL of the following information (Child’s Name, Parent/Guardian Last Name, Teacher, Grade, Div, Phone #, Order Reference Code, etc.) and RETURN the ARTWORK PAGE NO LATER than Friday, April 12.

Artwork MUST be returned. This Art is NOT scanned or saved in any other form. The company needs the ORIGINAL ARTWORK returned to process your order. Please keep it clean and safe and return it promptly after ordering and before Friday, April 12.
