Physical Education Support

Dear Swift Students and families,

Firstly, I can’t believe that June is here and some of you will be returning to Swift on a part-time basis.  I have missed all of you so much and can’t wait to see your smiling faces😊 at school. During the month of June, Ms. M. will be helping with the Day Camps at our schools which run Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

For the month of June, please review the Physical Education at Home #1-8 weekly activity links below to keep you active.  So, when you are not at school, please continue to set aside time between morning lessons and lunchtime to get out and get some exercise.  That could mean riding a bike, family walks, playing hopscotch, jumping rope, exercises with YouTube, or creating obstacle courses inside or outdoors. 

Your learning target for the month of June is: I will develop my personal fitness by getting 60 minutes of physical activity daily. Remember that your activity time doesn’t have to happen all at once.
