School Picture Day #1

PHOTO DAY IS COMING SOON
It’s the start of a new school year and time for annual school portraits!
Paramount Portraits is happy to help you capture this timeless tradition in your child’s life.

Helpful Hints for a Picture-Perfect Pose:
1. Smile: Practice with your child on how to get a beautiful big smile in front of the camera.
2. What to Wear: For best results we recommend wearing bright, solid coloured clothing. DO NOT WEAR GREEN PLEASE as we use a green screen for the photos, and we will not be able to photograph any child wearing green clothing. Your child will disappear into the background.
3. Sleep: Make sure your child gets a good night sleep and wakes up a bit early so you can style their hair for photo day.

On Photo Day:
Each student will have 3 poses photographed.
1. Half Length
2. Head & Shoulders
3. A Fun Pose - thumbs up, peace sign, wink, or whatever your child would like.

Practice this pose at home and come up with something creative

When and How to View the Proofs:
This year all the proofs will again be viewed and ordered online. An email will be sent home notifying that the proofs are ready to be viewed. At that time your student will be given a card to bring home with the web address and password that is to be used to view your child’s proofs. The password will be your child’s school student number. The website will contain all the information to view and order any photos and extras you would like.
