Christmas Concert Info 2023
We are excited for our Christmas Concert tomorrow, December 21st. There are 2 shows – 1:00pm and 6:00pm! We ask that you choose 1 show to attend, not both, and that if you’re available in the afternoon, you join us for that show.
The doors will open at 12:30 for the afternoon show and we ask that families line up along the front of the school until the doors open, for both shows. If you have people coming later, please be kind and do not save more than 2 seats. Parents enter and leave the gym via the main doors. The gym will be very full. Please be patient with each other.
If you record the performance, it can NOT be shared on Social Media. Some families for a variety of reasons have chosen to not have their child's pictures online and out of respect for those families, we ask that you refrain from sharing on Social Media. If you send it to your own family members, please pass this message on to them as well.
When dropping off your child for the evening concert, please bring them to their inside classroom door for no later than 5:45. The front doors will open at 5:30 for both drop off and seating in the gym. You can pick up your child at their inside classroom door at the end of the show, around 7:15.
Parking for the afternoon performance will be on the street only and for the evening show there will be minimal parking in the parking lot. If you can possibly walk to the performances, please do.
We appreciate your support of our Food Drive. A suggested “admission” to our Christmas Concert. (December 21st - 1 pm & 6 pm) is ONE Non-Perishable Food Donation item or Cash Donation per person attending and there will also be a jar for cash donations. Please let any other guests know to bring either a food or cash donation.
The PAC will be selling Raffle Tickets before each Concert performance. The baskets and raffle ticket sales will be set up in the hall towards the library. Click here to see what's in the Raffle Baskets
