News from the PAC

We would love to help you get rid of the extra Halloween Candy. Please drop off your nut free candy to the office. We will make sure it’s put to good use at school events coming up this year!

PAC is in full holiday mode to create magical memories for all the kids! We will be hosting our annual Christmas Fun Day on Friday December 5th. This is a highly anticipated event, and we need many volunteers to make it happen and see their kids experience the fun. Volunteer sign up will begin on November 17th - keep your eyes peeled for the Google Form link on our facebook page. Volunteers must have a completed CRC. Volunteers will be entered to win 4 front row seats to the Christmas Concert!

Our annual Winter Night Market will follow from 5:30 - 8:00 on December 5th. We have some unreal vendors lined up this year! Bring your friends and family!

Want to win a gift card tree filled with hundreds of dollars of gift cards!? You’ll have the chance during our annual raffle! But first, we need your help! From now until November 28th, PAC would love any gift cards that have been sitting in your drawers unused. Unsure of the balance? No problem, we'll check. Just send them to your child's classroom teacher or the office. Want to support but you don’t have any gift cards? NO PROBLEM – we will happily take cash donations which will allow us to stack these trees!  More details can be found here!

Our next Hot Lunch is on November 28th. Orders for that lunch must be placed and paid for by November 18th. Please go to the Hot Lunch website to order.

Our next general PAC meeting is November 20th at 7pm. If you are able and interested in helping with the planning of Christmas Fun Day we will be meeting before the PAC meeting at 6:00pm. We hope to see you there! All things PAC are available at taswiftpac.com

Rainy Days and Extra Clothes

Fall days are here which means the weather is going to inevitably be wet. Please send your kids to school ready to be outside for recess and lunch – we go out in all weather conditions unless it is incredibly stormy! It is always a good idea to have an extra pair of socks and pants in backpacks – wet feet and wet pants aren’t a lot of fun. While we have some extras at school, we save them for those unexpected bathroom accidents, not puddle fun!

Dates to Remember for the next 2 weeks:

All dates are also or will be posted on the school website calendar
