Parent Teacher Conferences

Hello Swift Families,

On October 19 and 20 we will be having Parent/Teacher Interviews. Appointments can be booked on the School Appointments website: https://swift.parentteacherconferences.net/ The website will open for booking appointments at 9:00 am on Wednesday, October 12, however, parents can create their accounts anytime.

All families need to create a NEW account and add your child/children. Many of our Kindergarten families have already created an account this year for their Kinder Interviews and they can use their existing accounts. Once your account is created, you may select your teacher(s) and book your appointment(s).

October 19 appointments are scheduled from 12:15 – 2:15 pm and in the evening from 4:30 – 7:15 pm
October 20 appointments are scheduled from 12:30 – 2:15 pm

If you are unable to make these times work, please contact your teacher to arrange another time.

Please note that dismissal times are as follows:

October 19 – 11:30 am
October 20 – 11:50 am
October 21 – Professional Development Day – Non-Instructional day.
Please be sure to arrange your childcare accordingly.
